Ojala & Company is a Colorado-based, design-build and development company with a number of land holdings and business parks as part of a partnership of investors. The company has long specialized in the development of high-quality business parks in a number of western Denver suburbs.
In 2008, Minneapolis-based United Properties purchased Ojala & Company. The divisions - land entitlement, architecture/design, construction, leasing and build-to-suit development - remain as the core business of Ojala & Company.
Today, the Ojala & Company and United Properties team continue with the commitment to the single-source development program and to the design/build process. With more than 150 completed building projects within metropolitan Denver, Ojala offers high-quality business locations for any size business.
