Construction Process

• Develop a construction schedule that coincides with the tenant’s occupancy date and lease agreement.
• Manage the on-site construction activities, including the staging areas, adjacent vacancies, and building inventories.
• Continually inspect construction to ensure quality.
• Document changes and additions requested by tenant.
• Keep entire project team informed of progress and any changes that may occur.
• At completion of construction, schedule and document a punch list walk-thru, including staging areas, adjacent vacancies and public spaces to ensure that project expectations have been met.
