Mountain West Business Center
Ojala & Company’s newest business park is located on C-470 between West Bellview Avenue and West Bowles Avenue. Mountain West Business Park is a 27-acre, master planned office and industrial park consisting of ten buildings. The total park will be approximately 300,000 square feet of high quality office/flex space and light industrial space.
The initial entitlement work and site work for the Mountain West Business Park have been completed, making this site ready for actual building construction.
