Environmental Resource Associates sign lease for office flex building in Coors Technology Center
DENVER (May 2011) — Environmental Resource Associates signed a lease for the office flex building at 16341 Table Mountain Parkway in Golden, Colo. The laboratory standards company will move into the 65,000-sq.-ft. building in late 2011 to expand beyond its space in Arvada. This transaction comes on the heels of the sale of two contiguous vacant industrial lots totaling 2.5 acres within Coors Technology Center.
Coors Technology Center secures lease with SBSA Inc., for last space in phase one of the Golden Colo. business park
DENVER (January 2010) — Coors Technology Center in Golden, Colo., will be home to SBSA, Inc., when the forensic engineering firm moves into 10,775 sq. ft. of space in Coors Tech Commons in February 2010. Ojala & Company developed many of the remaining lots within the 375-acre, master planned business park.
New Lease Brings Build-To-Suit Development to 100% Occupancy
DENVER (May 2009) — Ojala & Company is pleased to announce that its newly-constructed, built-to-suit flex building at 10658 Centennial Road in Littleton, Colo., is 80 percent leased. Bob Smith and Fred Baker secured a lease with Advanced Distributed Sensor Systems for 12,200 sq. ft. of office/light manufacturing space, with an option available for the balance of the building.
