Coors Technology Center secures lease with SBSA Inc., for last space in phase one of the Golden Colo. business park

New office and warehouse space being readied for February 2010 move in

DENVER (Jan. 4, 2010) — Coors Technology Center in Golden, Colo., will be home to SBSA, Inc., when the forensic engineering firm moves into 10,775 sq. ft. of space in Coors Tech Commons in February 2010. Ojala & Company, a Denver design/build developer owned by United Properties, developed many of the remaining lots within the 375-acre, master planned business park.

The new SBSA Inc. location is currently being built out into office and warehouse space for the split-off company from Professional Investigative Engineers. Ojala & Company is also acting as the tenant improvement project manager and general contractor.

The building, located at 4680 Table Mountain Drive, is the last space of Coors Tech Commons Phase One, which consists of three buildings with approximately 85,000 square feet. Located at the base of Table Mountain in Golden, the Coors Technology Center is home to Molson-Coors, VW/Audi, Ball Corporation, Coors Tek, The Kong Company, Fulcrum Publishing, Gaming Laboratories and several other companies.
